Here is a direct replacement, exact bolt on, no modification *UPGRADE* designed and manufactured exclusively by Cobra Valley USA (Registered and Patent pending), to replace your original Superformance Mk-III Upper Rear Suspension Mounts. This replacement mount addresses and solves all the concerns of the factory mount by; (1) Utilizing all 4 holes instead of just two, (2) Increasing the leverage strength resulting from the increased mounting hole spacing, (3) Manufactured from thicker and stronger steel, (4) Tighter clearances and closer hole tolerances, (5) Improved strength hardware and bolts strengths, (6) Proper fitting bolts remove the weaker thread portion from the shear area, (7) Rigid, stronger, thicker side plates distribute more even pressure onto the thicker edges of frame tube rather than on the weaker middle which reduces frame crush and therefore increases torque retention of the bolts keeping the mount tighter with less pressure needed. The Difference in just the MASS of steel used in the upgrade mount is 45.6 ounces each compared to the stock bracket weighing in at only 24.4 ounces. This is almost double the mass not to mention the increased strength in the steel material and design! This is not a just a "fix", it is the CURE.
This mount duplicates the original shock and suspension settings and shock mounting location will not change ride height or affect the rear end alignment. This mount is adjustable to be installed at the typical factory bottom position or moved up one notch into the higher position. This new Upgrade bracket is made on a jig to exacting tolerances and are hand made one at a time in order to produce this kind of quality and precision, and very time and labor intensive resulting in perfection. We will try to maintain a 2-5 day timeframe from oder to shipping them out. If you have any questions, please feel free to e-mail us directly or BUY ONLINE HERE. (Note the photos of the new mount upgrade below were taken before powder coating in raw steel form in order to more accurately illustrate the integrity of the material & workmanship involved. All production items are protected coated in a deep, rich powder coating)

Here is the stock factory upper rear suspension mount in place and mounted to the frame with two 8mm or 10mm bolts. Note this stock mount is already leaning upwards even though the holes were in perfect condition and the torqued to factory specs.

Here is the new UPGRADE mount in place with FOUR (4) new high-grade 8mm or 10mm bolts and hardware properly sized to eliminate any threads from protruding into the shear zone. The bottom 5th hole of the mount is unused unless moving the mount up one notch, then the top hole is unused.

This is the stock suspension bolt held against the frame in it's normal mounting position. You can see the frame (red arrow) pushing down on the threads while the mount (blue arrow) is pushing up on the threads... right where the bolts have been known to shear, at the weakest point of the bolt, the threads.

Above is the New UPGRADE mount with it's new hardware and the bolt is held in place in it's normal operating position. Note the frame is pushing down on the widest and strongest part of the bolt's shoulder and the mount is pushing up on the bolt's shoulder, and not on the weaker threads. This both increases strength and reduces detrimental hole clearance.

The stronger material and thicker steel reduces hardware clearance slightly and the space becomes tighter at the rear side of the mounts as you utilize the top existing frame holes. However, there is adequate clearance to slip a nut between the mount and the trunk wall as well as place a wrench on it while tightening the bolt head on the other side to secure the new mount. There is plenty of ample room on the forward side to use a ratchet and socket if desired.

The new stronger and thicker upgraded suspension mount side plates prevent the bracket ears from bending like the original factory mount (as shown below), which can therefore crush the frame resulting in bolts loosening which leads to eventual bolt, hole and frame damage.
