While working summers at a marina in Ohio I met a sailboat owner who had an ac cobra (1963 Mark II) in his stable of automobiles.  In 1965 he actually (and foolishly) let me drive it and the cobra became number one on my wish list of automobiles to own.  Put it off way too long with many lesser vehicles (Porsches, vetts, et.al.) in between but finally I have my wish.
