REQUIREMENTS: Only authorized Superformance Dealers , Manufacturer or Installers which are both recognized and authorized by both Superformance USA and the Superformance Owners Association are allowed on this private forum. Once registered you are required to stay on for at least one week before unsubscribing if desired.

FEES AND COSTS: There is an annual fee to access  membership to this private forum, to the private technical libraries and to the private member areas. This is a privately owned and operated self-funded organization.

USAGE: Use this forum as you normally would when sending and receiving any other E-mail, except, everyone else subscribed to the group will be able to read and respond to those E-mails. Here you can advertise cars and parts for sale, announce upcoming events, review past events, ask questions, provide hints, tricks and tips as well as just discussing our favorite topic… these cars, and about their owners. This is not a bulletin board, but a mailing list!

TOPICS: While discussing important issues regarding our Superformance cars is the main purposes of this forum, it would get very boring if that's all that transpired. Therefore you will find a bountiful exchange of ideas, technical questions and answers, as well as recreational information and personal reports on the "latest happenings." This forum is about the "owners" of  these cars, not merely the cars by themselves, so a broad range of non-Superformance topics will surely be covered, especially during the "off-season" months of October through March. If it were just all tech talk, it would become very boring, very quickly. If you feel the "personal" messages sent are not of interest, simply use the "delete" key. This is not a tech-only forum, but a discussion group!

BENEFITS: You will periodically receive email reminders of significant calendar dates regarding your cobra, as well as historic dates relating to this car. You will also be able to access the growing on-line data base of Superformance parts interchanges, upgrades and supplier contacts.

RULES: Be kind and respectful of your fellow group member. No foul language, derogatory remarks, or anything counterproductive to the group's goals is allowed. Limit posts and replies to the minimum, and it's recommended you sign on to the list's host, to be able manage your own account, yourself. The list owner reserves the right to unsubscribe anyone not following these few, general, common sense rules.

PRIVACY: This site is a private forum for registered and current owners in physical possession (delivered and your garage) of Superformance cars only. Any discussions and our transmitted materials are not to leave this forum without expressed permission of both the author, contributors and the forum moderator.

MODES: You can choose either DIGEST MODE, which is a compilation of the days E-mails, or WEB ONLY, where you will receive no mail… but have to go to the web site to read list mail. To start with, everyone is placed on REAL TIME mode, which allows you to receive mail when it's sent. Do not allow your mailbox to become overloaded by not getting your messages periodically. You may see up to 100 messages a day being delivered into your mailbox, but average out to only 30-40 a day - prepare for this!  It is advisable that your mail not be delivered to a work related address if you do not want to sort the additional mail. There is also an alternative Bulletin board type discussion board which is read online.

FILTERS: If you prefer to not have Mail List messages appear along with your normal everyday messages, then it is recommended you set up a  "Mail Filter" which will redirect all this traffic to a separate folder in your mail reader. Most browsers and mail readers will allow you to set up a filter fairly easy, and it works great! Press the "Mail List" button on the sidebar for further information on this.
