04/08/17 - Superformance Mk-III breaks long standing 200 mph Top Speed barrier for a Cobra

April 8, 2017-  A Superformance Mk-III Cobra piloted by Ted Taormina broke the long standing 200 mph top speed barrier turning in a blistering 201.1 mph official speed at the Mojave mile long speed runs held by the Runway Racing organization. Superformance chassis number #1777 is powered by a 511 cubic inch FE engine.
